Papers that are accepted for UNISCON 2012 have to be presented at the conference. These papers will be published in Springer Lecture Notes in Business Information Processing (LNBIP). All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed for their originality, relevance, and clarity. Regular papers should not exceed 12 pages, short papers should not exceed 6 pages, poster papers may have up to 3 pages.
